TRIP build system - release notes

  1. 1.0 (svn rev 30 = 2041 in old tree) - 09.11.09. Initial release

  2. 1.1 (svn rev 185) - 04.09.10. First major revision. Cleaned up old SEP and HCL defs and rules no longer needed, much improved docs. However docs reside in IWAVE html tree
  3. To do: "repatriate" docs. Adopt CMake as framework - which still does not automate directory maintenance, so there is something to add.
